FirstCare encourages and supports our service users and their significant other and carers to raise concerns about any aspect of the service FirstCare provides that is not meeting their expectations of quality and professionalism.

If you would like help in completing this Form, or to decide how, when and where you alternatively wish to make your complaint heard, please contact our Community Connections staff on 1300 552 110 (during business hours) or email complaints@firstcare.org.au

FirstCare:

  • Guarantees that there will be no negative consequences or disadvantages to any customer or their supporters because they have complained.
  • Will resolve your complaint in a private, confidential, fair, and timely manner and your views will be respected
  • Will assist you to find a support person or advocate to assist or represent you as per your need and request.
  • Support you with your right to take your complaint to external agencies as per your request.
