For this reason, at FirstCare we don’t support “Behaviour” we support “A person”, and we have come up with an innovative way in supporting you in identifying, understanding and managing your behaviour. At FirstCare we put you first and at the heart of identifying and understanding the underlying causes of your behaviour and coming up with strategies to manage the behaviours of concern. Finally, you have the final say on how you want your support to be provided in managing the behaviours of concern that you may have.
